Having founded and successfully exited three media-tech businesses,  the last to Informa Plc. Adrian has spent the past seven years consulting with high-profile organisations, including the London Stock Exchange Group and Umbra Capital Partners. At Prosper AI, he leads our business strategy practice, guiding mid-sized organisations to leverage the transformative potential of AI. Adrian helps clients establish the organisational frameworks and infrastructure required to successfully transition into tech-centric businesses, supporting them through strategic planning and effective implementation. Adrian’s pragmatic, value-driven approach ensures that AI initiatives deliver tangible, actionable outcomes aligned with each client's unique business objectives.

Paul is a senior technology and transformation leader with over twenty years’ experience in board-level roles at organisations including Howdens Joinery, Rexel UK, Travis Perkins, and Screwfix. At Prosper AI, he focuses on the technology dimension of adoption, drawing on his background in software development and technology leadership to help clients turn strategy into reality. Since 2019, Paul has led AI initiatives at board level, shaping business cases, developing AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring they are implemented successfully. He is recognised for translating complex technology into clear, actionable strategies that deliver commercial impact while keeping people and culture at the centre of change.

Ben is an Agentic AI specialist, digital consultant, and technology entrepreneur with a strong track record in scaling innovative platforms. At Prosper AI, he focuses on designing and implementing agentic AI systems that autonomously manage complex business processes, enabling clients to achieve measurable productivity and commercial gains. He also serves as a fractional CTO to clients, helping them build secure and scalable technology foundations. Previously, Ben founded and scaled a digital agency before exiting in 2024, giving him first-hand experience of turning technical innovation into commercial success. He combines deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset, helping organisations adopt AI solutions that are both impactful and sustainable.
