These terms govern your use of this website, our publications, and our public agent surface. By using the site you agree to them. Last updated 25 April 2026.
Working context
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the public-facing parts of prosperconsulting.ai. They do not replace the engagement contract that governs paid consulting work; that contract is signed separately.
Public agent surface
Our llms.txt and llms-full.txt endpoints, our public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and any other machine-readable index we publish for AI agents and automated tools.
Publications and downloads
Briefings, reports, slide packs, and other documents made available through the site, including any gated downloads (publications you receive after submitting a request form).
Acceptable use
Use the site as a reasonable visitor would. Most things are obviously fine; we call out the few that are not.
Do
Read, share, link to, and quote our content with attribution. Submit enquiries and request publications via the forms. Use our public agent surface (llms.txt, public MCP) for legitimate research and automation.
Don't
Don't try to circumvent rate limits, bypass authentication on private surfaces, scrape at a rate that degrades the service, attempt to extract personal data of other visitors, or use the site to send unsolicited bulk communications.
Automated access
Bots and AI agents are welcome at our public surfaces. Identify yourself with a User-Agent string, respect robots.txt and the rate limits documented in the public MCP about endpoint, and prefer the structured surfaces (llms.txt, MCP) over scraping HTML.
Intellectual property
Most content is ours. Some is licensed. The rules below tell you which is which.
Our content
Articles, framework diagrams, methodology summaries, and downloadable publications are owned by Prosper AI Consulting unless explicitly attributed to a third party. You may share, quote, and link with attribution; you may not republish a substantial portion of a publication without written permission.
Client work and case studies
Where we reference client work, the client retains rights to their data, processes, and any custom artefacts created during the engagement. Case studies are published with the named client's review and consent.
Open-source components
Software components published under an open-source licence (for example skills published in our marketplace plugins) carry their own licence terms. Those terms govern use of those components.
Disclaimer and liability
Standard limitation of liability. Read the engagement contract for the scope of liability that applies to a paid engagement; the cap below is the website-only cap.
Provided as-is
The website, our publications, and our public agent surface are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Not professional advice
Articles, briefings, and other public content are general information, not consulting advice for your specific situation. Don't rely on them as a substitute for an engagement scoped to your context.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to GBP 100. This cap does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). For paid consulting work, the engagement contract applies.
Common questions
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Can you change these terms?
Yes. We update terms when our processes, providers, or regulations change. The "last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when the current version landed. For material changes we will note the change in our next Insights post and, where you have an active enquiry or engagement with us, by email.
What if I see something that looks wrong on the site?
Email austin.anderson@prosperconsulting.ai. Site issues, broken links, factual errors, accessibility problems, and security concerns are all welcome. We acknowledge within one working day under normal conditions.
Can my agent submit forms or use the public MCP?
Yes. The public MCP server (advertised on llms.txt and at /api/mcp) is the supported way for an agent to interact with us. Forms are also fair game; identify yourself in the User-Agent and don't pretend to be a human if you are not.
Where is the registered company information?
Our company registration number, registered office address, and ICO registration number are listed in the footer of every page on this site.
